Adam J. Rooks is an associate at the firm with diverse litigation experience including employment discrimination, wage and hour matters, non-compete agreements, administrative law, contract disputes, business litigation, personal injury, claims of unfair and deceptive business practices under M.G.L. ch. 93A, and other complex civil litigation matters.

Mr. Rooks graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, where he finished fifth in his class, served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of High Technology Law, and completed a concentration in labor and employment law. During law school, he gained significant litigation experience on behalf of various state licensing boards with the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. He also completed an internship with Judge Colleen Geraghty of the Office of Administrative Law Judges for the U.S. Department of Labor.

In his free time, Mr. Rooks enjoys chess, reading, playing and collecting music, and cooking. He joined the legal profession after many years as an artisan baker and production manager for one of the Boston area's finest bread bakeries.
