Patrick concentrates his practice on the representation of individuals who have suffered personal injury or experienced unlawful workplace discrimination or retaliation. Mr. Banfield’s prior defense work guides him in aggressively pursuing the claims of individuals, negotiating settlements, and trying cases before juries when necessary.

As a member of the states bar in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, Mr. Banfield is able to represent individuals in several New England states. Mr. Banfield also is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
